Homemade After Eight with dried peppermint tea and melted dark chocolate, served in your favorite tea cup in five minutes.
Put 2 teaspoons of dried peppermint in a tea stainer and pour 2 dcl of boiling water over it. While mint is steeping, melt chopped chocolate over a hot-water bath. Gently stir with rubber spatula until chocolate is completely melted. Pour as much hot chocolate as you like in to deliciously mint-flavoured tea and stir. Drink hot.
Tip: If you prefer stronger mint flavor, like me, use peppermint tea and brew it for longer.
